More reports on Branch projects2021 BRANCH CALENDAR
The Branch produced 2021 calendar which has been distributed among members of the branch, Ministries and Government Agencies within Abuja. The calendar was sponsored by members.

RENOVATION OF BRANCH SECRETARIAT
The Branch Secretariat was given face-lift during the period under consideration. The scope of work carried out include but not limited to painting, customized window blind with NIESV logo and general repackaging and upgrading of all offices and board room.

PAYMENT FOR BUILDING PROJECT
We made further payment of N=22.0 Million (Twenty-two million naira only) within 8 months of this administration for our space in the National secretariat on-going project during the period under consideration. The target is to move into the Building before the end of this administration by God`s grace.

FIRST VIRTUAL MCPD
We were the first Branch to have a virtual MCPD in NIESV on Thursday, 5 day of November, 2020. The main theme was APPROACH TO REAL ESTATE MARKETING IN THE POST PANDEMIC ERA: IMBIBING THE NEW NORMAL. It was a huge success, other Branches took a cue from us to handle theirs virtually.

RADIO ENLIGHTENMENT PROGRAM
Our action Chairman has led other members of the Branch to successful media chat with numerous media and radio houses such as VANGUARD NEWSPAPER and BOSS FM 99.5 every Thursday.

NEW YEAR GIFT FOR FINANCIAL MEMBERS
All our financial members were given branded materials free at the beginning of the year. The items given freely are NIESV Calendars, branded biros, note pads, face mask and hand sanitizers.

TRAINING OF OUR SECRETARIAT STAFF
For the First time ever, our Secretariat staff was given the opportunity to be trained in Office Ethics and Management.
A Trainer, Best Way Ltd was outsourced to handle the training which was highly beneficial to them. Certificates of attendance were handed over to them
