In the late afternoon of Tuesday, 9th August, 2022 at the Branch Secretariat, the People`s Chairman, ESV Adebanjo Adeleke FNIVS inaugurated a 14 man committee saddled with the responsibility of actualizing the Valuers Villa; a housing scheme initiative carried out to promote the welfare and social security of the Branch Members, encouraging them to become owner-occupiers.

The one of the keypoints of the terms of reference is to render their advise on the suitable location, plot size and building types, and recommending the projected prices for the proposed Valuers Villa, as well as to advise on a transparent and secured accounting procedure for member`s deposits.

Furthermore, they are to provide policy guidelines for the establishment, registration, membership and regulation of the housing co-operative society for the branch, amongst other terms of reference.

He congratulated the members of the Committee and further admonished them to achieve the expected results within the timeline, for effectiveness.
