The Inauguration Ceremony held on Saturday, 24th September 2022, at Chida Event Centre, Utako District, Abuja.

The event which had a tone of grandeur, pulled together dignitaries, Men and Women of high repute from all facets of the Real Estate Profession, and our NIESV distinguished members of various cadres, elders and past Chairmen, who came in their numbers to grace the occasion.

Also present was ESV Rowland Abonta PPNIVS.

The 12th Chairman ESV Adebanjo Meshach Adeleke FNIVS while giving his inaugural speech, appreciated everyone for their overwhelming support and further stressed on the agenda which his administration intends to achieve.

NIESV President ESV Johnbull Amayaevbo FNIVS, gave his opening remark, which was followed by an Inaugural Lecture from the Guest Speaker - QS Aliyu Edogi Aliyu, and a Keynote Address from Mr. Adebayo Fagbemi, Managing Director of the Nigerian Electricity Liability Management Company, (NELMCO).

The 12th Chairman and the Executives were called out to take the oath of office in line with their designations. The swearing-in process was administered by the 2nd Vice President, ESV Mallam Bature Ali Mohammed FNIVS, while the President ceremonially presented the Medal to the 12th chairman.

Thereafter, they were called for the cutting of `Inaugural Cake` to mark the event, with the National Council Members, past presidents and the Past Branch Chairmen.

The event reached it`s climax during the fund raising activity to support the present administration.

Excellence Awards and Trophies were presented by the 1st Vice President ESV Victor Alonge FNIVS, alongside the 2nd Vice President, to the top Sponsors of the Ceremony, as well as the winners/champions of different categories at the pre-ultimate Inaugural Golf Kitty.

The ceremony was a huge success.
